The production buildings were established in 2014 and commercial manufacturing was initiated in the same year. The production was started with Parenteral products (LVP, Otic and Ophthalmic Preparation), Oral Liquid, Semi-solid (cream, ointment and suppository). Later on, Lyophilized injection, Soft gel capsule and Solid product (Tablet, Capsule, PFS & Sachet) manufacturing facility has been established. Total facility area is about 162,767 sft. where, ISO Class 8 is about 58,460 sft., ISO Class 7 is about 10,937 sft. and ISO Class 5 area is about 3,890 sft

The technology is provided by Rommelag, Germany, the most renowned and innovator of BFS technology in the world. The Quality Control laboratory at the plant ensures intensive quality control checks at all the stages of production process. High standard QMS, Quality Policy, skilled personnel and robust automatic process (HMI and PLC based operation) is the key driving force of quality product.
