- Comply regulatory works under the companies Act, 1994 and securities law, rules, notification and requirements of other regulatory bodies.
- With authorization of the board, convene Board or Shareholders meeting in time, sign notices, send periodic accounts to shareholders prepare minutes of meeting timely and correctly, ensure quorum at the meeting and convey resolutions of meetings to the executive management for thorough implementation.
- Safeguard and protect such interests of the company at all levels viz. legal, statutory, administrative, and arbitrational and in other policy matters.
