Moringo Corporation Pvt Ltd has established a world-class Hormone & Steroid Unit with state-of-the-art facility having area of 15200 sq. ft. The whole unit is designed & installed according to WHO Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Highest quality of Facilities and Processes
The manufacturing equipment and machineries are designed with the concept of closed system handling. Most of the machines are PLC controlled conforming to cGMP requirements. All processing equipment are included in a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance. Environmental conditions in the facility are controlled by Building Management System (BMS). Air Handling Systems with terminal HEPA are provided to avoid cross contamination.

The purified water system, contains Reverse Osmosis combined with Electro De-ionization system and is monitored by Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This system is unique with on line monitoring quality parameters such as conductivity. Fire alarm system is installed in the facility. The facility is supported by well-equipped Quality Control Department functioning in line with current Quality Management system.
